Jacquard — Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2026

Jacquard collects nothing.

The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs that report anything anywhere. It makes no network connections of any kind — the only URL it ever opens is a local file:// path, used on desktop to reveal the score folder in the file manager.

Your data

Everything Jacquard writes stays on your own device. Scores are plain text files in the app's own folder, which on iOS appears in the Files app under On My iPhone or On My iPad as Jacquard's own folder. Nothing is uploaded, synced to a server, or shared with anyone. You can copy, move, back up, or delete those files yourself at any time, and deleting the app removes them along with it.

Because nothing leaves the device, there is nothing for us to see, store, sell, or hand over.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and, since it collects no data at all, it collects none from children either.

Changes

If a future version of Jacquard ever needs to collect or transmit anything, this page will be updated before that version ships, and the App Store privacy details will be updated with it.
